We're a student-led 501(c)(3) non profit raising awareness and funds for pediatric cancer research in partnership with the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation. Food donation, candygrams, card drives, speaker events— every small yes compounds into research dollars for kids who can't wait.
Our Mission
Childhood cancer receives less than 4% of federal cancer research funding. For the kids behind that statistic, the gap is not academic — it is the difference between a clinical trial that exists and one that doesn't.
Rebels Fight Cancer is a student-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit answering that gap. We organize events, fundraisers, and awareness drives across our chapters, then funnel proceeds directly to the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation, a research nonprofit pushing experimental treatments toward kids who need them now. Our founding chapter is at Great Neck South High School. New chapters are opening as students bring it to their own schools.
We don't want to grow large. We want to give all of it away.

About the Board
Aayan Alwani
Aayan is a junior at Great Neck South High School. He co-founded Rebels Fight Cancer to turn a long-running interest in cancer research and biology into something that reaches kids who actually need it. As outreach lead, he runs everything that involves expanding the organization, reaching out to local businesses that host our fundraisers, and the general work of getting more students across the country engaged with pediatric cancer.
